The Photo tells it all
You have probably heard about the largest Toyota recall on its hybrid 2010 Prius cars. There was a problem on its anti-lock brakes. This is a major hit on Toyota's reputation for excellence and reliability which I do believe. We do own 2 of old Toyotas but not the hybrid one.
The photo above tells it all when a high profile Toyota executive formally makes an apology by making a bow this low to the public. It meant "We really screw this up. Big time!" Knowing the Japanese, some heads will roll for this fiasco, literally!
