When is Spring?

We have another impending snow storm looming that could turn into a blizzard and was estimated to shed a 13 inch snow. Great. This is the third time we had a blizzard in the past few weeks. Before I don't mind these blizzard like snowfall because it meant that spring would be coming in soon after the snow melts. Not this time. It makes me question global warming. Apparently, it is not getting warm anytime soon.
