Kalimera!

It has been raining profusely this weekend. This tend to get my plans to wane that I ended up in my jammies the whole day and try to catch up on my dusty netflix movies.

The travel channel has a Rick Steves' marathon on his favorite European travels. I have been a big fan of his books. It was a no frills guide on smart travel. Its my survival kit to unescorted travel along with the handy phrase book. Kudos to Lonely Planet. This has taught us to be independent travelers that made us adventurous for future travels.

The episodes were focused on Greece and the islands. This tend to capture certain memories on our trip to Athens, Santorini and Crete. Unfortunately, the trip was in the middle of winter so beach frolick weren't an option. I can't wait to go and backpack for more, hopefully, on a much warmer climate. I won't mind going back to Crete.

The photos on the album were some anecdotes of our adventure. Enjoy.
