I started this blog as a way to share photos and my travel adventures. I don't travel as often as I used to but I still love to explore the area around me. I could tell that my passions had evolved. Before I travel to visit and take trophy photos but lately, I am more interested in exploring the area in detail, knowing its history and looking for special gems where locals hang out, eat and drink.

I am also an avid reader (Does books on tape count?) and leans on reading mostly historical fictions but once in a while I veer off to biography and science fiction.
