Every year nearby restaurants in the Tribeca neighborhood of NYC offer a select sample from their menu. It is an organized fundraiser to benefit art and technology enrichment for the local community.
To be able to participate on the sample tasting, you have to buy a $50 card that would allow you to try 6 items on the menu. It's pricey but when you consider the quality and presentation on each booth, I would say this is the high end version of a street fair food festival. And its for a good cause.

Duane Park Patisserie had Warm Molten Chocolate Cake with Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce.
Landmarc had Beet Salad with Arugula, Walnuts, Goat Cheese and Mint Yogurt. Isn't he cute? But, I skipped this one.
Grandaisy Bakery had Roman Style Pizza.
Takahachi Tribeca had Eel and Crab Salad Handrolls. These are always a delight.
Tiramisu Mochi from Nobu. I think this was the crown jewel on this event.
There were also premium seats that allows you to sit and have your choice of sample dishes brought over by volunteers on orange shirts. Premium seats costs $175. A whole table of 6 costs $950. Again, its for a good cause.
